BHV:
- Identifies and introduces Chinese, American, and Israeli partners to new business concepts and opportunities.
- Develops the business concept and organizes the development of a business plan, including market research, and feasibility studies.
- Assists with the closing of a transaction for a venture, including organizing the necessary resources, including financing, and structuring the business relationship until an agreement is reached.
- In this process, develops business, financial, legal agreements, and implementation plans.
- Where appropriate, assembles the team for and otherwise participates in the project on a long-term basis.
