Joseph is an accomplished business incubator and seasoned banker with more than 30 years experience in commercial banking, asset-based lending, real estate and international trade financing and mentoring upstart companies. He serves as a senior advisor at Alliance Partners (alliancepartners.com) where he consults for community banks. Prior to this position, Mr. Choe most recently worked and led the Asian practice at Avitus Group where he managed all HR related aspects for companies.
